yusuf and akmal... I would have NEVER put my money on those two.
Inzamam...was in form and perhaps a big hundred from him is normal.
But yusuf with a 200 and akmal with 150 means England bowled badly...
the wicket is dead... but clearly Simon Jones' absence is being felt.
With the old ball, Jones could trouble the batsman.
time to recall Gough?
Unfortunately Gough is well passed his best. We need a bowler of his spirit who would ignore the scoreboard and would have to have the ball prised out of his hand to stop him bowling.
Either that or a decent spinner.
